We are assisting our client to bring on board a Finance Manager, who would report to their Financial Controller

1. Mission of the Department: The Finance department in Singapore is to provide donors, stakeholders, and business partners with sound financial and internal control and governance in alignment with the Singapore Charities Act, Financial Reporting Standards, and company policies. They focus on efficient operating systems and processes, information, analysis, and business insights needed for informed decisions, and strong financial resources to support the organisations priority conservation activities in Singapore and the rest of the global network. 

1. Major Functions: Deliver timely and accurate financial information and business performance insights for the operations of fundraising and conservation activities of the organisation in Singapore. Provide strategic financial planning, oversight of project expenditures and revenue, and cash management to maximise the efficient and effective use of funds. Drive accountability, control and compliance, and risk awareness by a high-performing team of talented finance professionals based on trust and mutual support.

1. Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

Finance Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Manage finance operations with two direct reports, supervising and mentoring staff to ensure productivity, professionalism, and performance.
• Drive the standardization of operational processes within the Finance Department.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure timely monthly financial close, including the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure reporting compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, staying updated on accounting best practices and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all financial audits and tax filings, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Head of Finance to deliver on the compliance agenda.

Business Partnering and Strategic Support

• Support the annual budget preparation and monthly reforecast exercises.
• Partner with fundraising teams on performance reviews, reforecasts, and budgeting.
• Provide guidance for the department's digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and procure-to-pay processes.

Internal Controls and Governance

• Strengthen internal controls and governance practices, including handling internal audits and implementing recommended improvements.
• Collaborate on governance initiatives to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Tax, Treasury, and Financial Matters

Manage tax compliance, cash flow, treasury operations, and other related financial responsibilities.

Required Qualifications         

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles, fund accounting, and grant management a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Job Description:
The Food Hygiene Officer ensures that all food safety and hygiene practices comply with local regulations and company standards. This role focuses on monitoring kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene protocols are followed, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a high standard of food safety.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by SFA, MUIS, MOM, JTC and other relevant authorities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Oversee the training and development of staff members on proper sanitation practices, including food handling, storage, and waste management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute crisis management plans, ensuring preparedness for emergencies such as foodborne illness outbreaks or facility-related incidents.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of food ingredients and equipment.
• Spearhead initiatives to optimize facility operations, including waste reduction strategies, energy efficiency measures, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits by SFA, MUIS, HACCP and ISO, maintaining thorough documentation and records to demonstrate compliance with hygiene standards.
• Analyze data and trends related to facility and food hygiene metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Diploma or certification in Food Hygiene or related field.
• Familiarity with Singapore food safety laws and guidelines.
• Proven experience in food safety or catering operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

· Prepare patient for doctor procedures including pre-treatment cleansing, photo-taking and numbing, etc.

· Provide post-treatment masking.

· Provide assistance to doctors during procedures.

· Prepare and upkeep the procedure rooms, including sterilizing the procedure equipment.

· Ensure proper filling and documentation.

· Explain all relevant procedure details including its downtime and post-treatment care.

· Follow-up on customers after first procedure and book next appointment for review after each procedure.

· Issuance and packing of stock for scheduled customers in the clinics.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a ‘O’ or ‘A’ level, Diploma/Degree in nutrition, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy or entry level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

· Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ will be an advantage.

· Good communication and listening skills

· Pleasant personality, positive and friendly in customers interactions.

· Proficient in English communication and writing.

· Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with Chinese customers.

· At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industry.
