JERA GM have and will continue to make significant investments building on top of these systems to tailor them to the specific needs of its business. The Core Platform Software Engineer will:

Job Description:

• Reports to Sous Chef
• Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
• Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications.
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions (Cold / Western Kitchen / Local cuisines)
