• Inspect buildings daily for cleanliness
• Check toiletries to ensure sufficient suppply
• Check that equipment is kept properly and in good condition
• Assign daily duties to be carried out by workers
• Check and record workers attendance at every shift
• Plan workers duty roster
• Attend to minor repair / wiring of equipment
• Send faulty machines/major equipment to supplier for repair
• Attend to complaints received from clients
• Order necessary suplies (e.g. chemical/toiletries)
• Inform Building Management of building defects
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
