Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Head of Commercial, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Key Responsibilities: Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation, communication, partnerships and consumer activations.

• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.

• Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.

• Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.

• Deepen channel customer development through New User program activations.

Product Management

• Consolidate and update Global team of post campaign reports and provide sales results and analysis monitor. Report all ROI of all programs for management reporting and feedback.

• Responsible for all free goods management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.

• Management and tracking flow of product registration in Singapore to ensure timely registration.

• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ moves and plan proactive actions

• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with VM, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.

• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development. • Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plan (events and promotions)

• Budget Management: Responsible for full A&P management

Administrative Duties

• Includes routine administrative duties such as vendor/PO creation and others as briefed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder specializing in Business / Marketing

• Preferable with minimum 2 year of product or marketing experience

• Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.

• Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vlookup)

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers

• Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.

• Proven track sales record in a target driven environment.

• Confident and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit

• A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Resourceful and creative with a positive can-do attitude

• Good written and verbal communication skills, both English and Mandarin.

• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
• Input export job reference.
• Any special shipment requirements shall be resolved with the shipper prior accepting the booking.
• Keep Sales Personnel about their bookings.
• Upon receipt of booking from shipper, Customer Service will book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo.
• After confirmation of space with shipping lines or consol, Customer Service will advise shipper via email or fax.
• Customer Service will proceed to arrange the trucking and collection of cargo if customer require this service.
• Any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date will made known to shipper via phone or email by Customer Service.
• Ensure all cargoes send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately.
• Verify vendor’s invoice and close files.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
