The role:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assembly, debug and test run of customized modular machines and it’s commissioning.
• Provide on-site technical support at customer premise for equipment operation.
• Perform design modifications through: Simplified design, reduced parts, using cheaper alternatives, while maintaining or enhancing the performance of products in terms of cost reduction.
• Procure and/or assist in the procurement of necessary items to enable the performance of above duties.
• Writing and maintenance of all necessary documentations, work and assembly instructions, manufacturing and test procedures.

Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

• To manage the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.
• Responsible for cost estimation, procurement, budgeting, contract management, and ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed financial parameters.
• To maintain financial control while ensuring that high standards of quality and efficiency are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• To undertake any other related duties as instructed by the Project/Site Managers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Tendering & Procurement: Assist in the preparation of tender documents, evaluate bids, and select suitable subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contract Management: Review, draft, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with project terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
• Financial Monitoring: Track project costs, prepare financial reports, and recommend adjustments to stay within budget.
• Risk & Value Management: Identify and assess risks related to cost, scope, and timeline. Propose cost-effective solutions and recommend value engineering strategies.
• Site Visits & Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure the accuracy of cost reporting and quality standards.
• Final Account Preparation: Prepare final accounts, ensuring all costs are reconciled, and the project is closed out according to contract terms.
• Client Liaison: Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and project/site managers to ensure that financial aspects of the project meet expectations and address any concerns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related filed (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or engineering industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Quantity Surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Overview of Job Role: As a psychologist, your role involves collaboration with Early Childhood (EC) educators, Early Intervention (EI) specialists, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), caregivers, and external stakeholders in the child’s macrosystem to ensure effective teamwork in addressing each child’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and psychological support customized to the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of individual children within a preschool setting.

• Guide the trans-disciplinary team, including EC educators, EI educators, caregivers, and other AHPs, in developing and implementing therapy strategies tailored to each child's needs.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the child’s care, both within the preschool and with external stakeholders.

• Conduct staff training for EC and EI educators to equip them with strategies for emotional, learning, and behavioural support.
• Offer consultation and training sessions to caregivers, guiding them in applying intervention strategies at home to support their child’s development.
• Conduct School Readiness Assessments (SRA) to facilitate appropriate post-Early Intervention (EI) placements.
• Perform Comprehensive Needs Assessments (CNA) to determine the psychological readiness of children for Primary 1 or for deferment requests.

• Supervise and mentor peers in the team, if applicable, to enhance the overall quality of care and support provided to children.

Job Requirements:

• Have at least a Master’s in Educational Psychology (or Clinical Psychology); AND
• Have a full-time registration and member of the National Psychological Society and a registered psychologist;
• Have relevant clinical experience with children
• Trained in administering psycho-educational assessment tools for children (both standardised and non-standardised tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with educators, therapists, and families.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing training to educators and caregivers is an advantage.
