Seeking individual with keen interest to develop modern digital skillsets and knowledge for quantity survey, data management and analysis of MEP / HVAC / ACMV systems to compete in the current global trend of sustainability and green endeavors.

Scope

• Reporting: Reporting to QS Manager
• Objectives: Participate in tendering process and to successfully bid for projects
• Quantity Survey: Collect data for management and analysis of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and procurement. (Individual Scopes follows below)
• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop comprehensive and strategic cost estimates for tenders and projects, taking into account project specifications, current market rates, and labor costs. Prepare and present these estimates, transforming data into actionable insights and deliverables that meet tendering requirements and enhance the likelihood of successful bidding.
• Contract Administration: Work with Contract Manager to prepare and review contract documents, tender documents, and bills of quantities in accordance with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines and Singapore's regulatory framework, ensuring strict compliance across work done.
• Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and/or consultants for the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying or equivalent /
• Experience in MEP / HVAC / ACMV is added advantage
• Experience in Data Analysis concepts is added advantage
• Knowledge in modern digital solutions like modelling take off software, RPA, advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, utilising AI / ML are added advantage.
• Strong literacy in English and willing to learn in a changing industry.
• Interested candidates with MEP / HVAC / ACMV field experience are welcomed to apply.

Purpose:

This role will assist in designing, implementing, and administering Organisation Development & Learning strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organisation.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Organisation Development & Learning

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Support

• Facilitate at new hire orientation.
  • Schedule and co-facilitate Cultural Onboarding Programme for all employees.

2. Employee Engagement

• Plan and co-ordinate employee engagement sessions

3. Training and Course Administration

• Design and facilitate workshops, training programs and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration.
  • Provide course administrative support, including coordinating with stakeholders and managing payment arrangements.

4. Learning Systems and Reporting

• Manage the learning system, including curating collections, course assignments, resolving activation issues, and addressing course-related inquiries.
• Refresh Monthly Learning Dashboard and incorporate latest metrics and performance insights

5. Support HR Communication

• Support HR and senior leadership to implement change management initiatives, including communication plans to ensure smooth implementation of organisational changes

6. Company Event Coordination and Wellness Program

• Facilitate Wellness meetings and manage communications for wellness and CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders for company-wide events such as Dinner & Dance.

7. Analyse and Evaluate

• Assess training outcomes to measure goal achievement, behavioral changes, and organizational benefits for continuous improvement.

8. Project Support:

• Support the implementation of Organisation Development and Learning projects, as needed.

This role requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Role Requirements: Executive, Organisation Development and Learning

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning, or Organisation Development.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Salary:

$2600 to $4000 (The level of appointment will depend on the qualifications and experience)
