Job Description:

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Holds a degree
• Minimum 8 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter
• Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
• Experienced with Microstation
• Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Willing to work in Site Office
• Willing to work 5.5 days
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage

Job Responsibilities: -

• Network Maintenance and Optimization: Perform daily operations, including maintenance, change management, problem resolution, emergency response, and architecture optimization to ensure the stable and secure functioning of business systems.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of devices like switches, routers, load balancers, handle events and emergencies, and conduct bandwidth usage analysis and tuning.
• Network Planning and Construction: Design and implement network architecture, engage in project planning, resource coordination, and quality management to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Standard Formulation: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive network planning, standards, and operational systems, encompassing design, usage, security, and management.
• Documentation Preparation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation according to standardized procedures, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
• Network Security Management: Develop and implement security protection mechanisms, conduct system assessments, apply risk mitigation strategies, respond promptly to emergencies, perform post-incident reviews, and continuously improve response capabilities.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production and support teams to ensure the integrity of the company's information security environment.

Job Requirements: -

· Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related fields.

· Minimum of 5 years and above of network management experience.

· Familiar with server systems and hardware devices, able to diagnose and handle software and hardware failures.

· Proficient in server systems and hardware troubleshooting for both software and hardware failures.

· Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, HP switches, and firewalls.

· Experienced with Linux OS, including setting up DNS, DHCP, WEB, and FTP servers.

· Knowledgeable in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Exchange mail servers and virtual servers.

· Expertise in mainstream backup software for installation, configuration, and daily operations.

· Basic network security knowledge, with the ability to use common tools for detecting and resolving computer security issues.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive service-oriented mindset.

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

· Flexibility to accept temporary work arrangements.

· Willing to travel worldwide country.

· Proficiency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred
