Job Description:

- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of site works
- Ensure timely requisition of resources (e.g. labour, materials, equipment etc.)
- Ensure works progress according to the establish schedule, and main contractor’s master installation schedule, and where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions.
- Assist Department Manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years working experience in Project/ Site Management (Construction industry)
- Priority to experience in condominium project
- Preferably completed relevant SAFETY courses (required by MOM)
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good working attitude, able to work under pressure

• Daily planning of work schedule for warehouse operation
• Priorities and monitor all warehouse assistants to complete their daily work( picker and packer)
• Ensure warehouse operating supplies (Carton, wrapping and essential material for warehouse use ) are good for warehouse operational use on weekly and monthly basic
• Assist in return items and goods. (reverse logistic process) Finish return procedure timely.
• Cooperate with operation and purchaser department for smooth good delivery.
• Assist in planning for a shift in relation to overtime planning
• Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
• Where opportunity allows, marking/order should be complete well in advance by 2 days
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Supervise and manage food and beverage staff
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve service quality
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to address complaints
• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly
• Maintain financial records and track expenses
• Manage budgets, set goals, and forecast sales revenue
• Plan and organize special events and functions if needed
