Clinical Care

• Is responsible for compliance of all occupational therapy standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Carry out assessment on residents as part of the admission assessment and conduct regular routine assessment on in-house residents who may require occupational therapy or rehabilitation service.
• Recommend appropriate OT programmes and activities for residents.
• Provide leadership to the therapy staff to ensure safe and quality resident care, and in compliance to standards. Is responsible for the supervision, evaluation and disciplining of staff in her/ his team
• Promote evidence-based practices on therapy services
• Ensure written policies, procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide OT-related therapy services
• Evaluate and ensure that OT-related therapy services are being delivered in accordance to policies, guidelines and procedures
• Assist in the implementation of resident’s discharge plan to ensure smooth transition back to the community
• Provide training for caregivers in preparation for resident’s discharge back to the community.
• Monitor OT-related therapy service quality performance indicators and develop action plan for continuous improvement.
• Keep good records of all services performed and submit weekly case reports to the Nursing Home Managers. A monthly consolidated report of workload statistics and other concerns to do with service standards would be required to be submitted to the Manager.

• Review and update therapy services workflow, policies and procedures

Administration

• Utilise performance management and counselling skills effectively to motivate staff to perform at their optimal level and ensure care delivered is in compliance to standards of practice
• Ensure the safe storage of all confidential files, records, documents; and that residents confidentiality is maintained at all times
• Ensure that effective and cooperative working relationships are maintained within the Therapy team, and between internal and external customer groups
• Oversee the administration of the therapy gym, station, equipment and all relevant facilities. To report any faults to the manager. Ensure proper documentation and billing for residents.
• Maintain an inventory list of therapy equipment and ensure regular maintenance is done
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and fully registered with AHPC, Singapore.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a healthcare environment.

Service Engineer

Job description

1. Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist

2. Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader

3. Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project

4. Provide technical support to the Application Team

5. Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader

6. Support the systems testing related activities with the Project and Application Teams

7. Liaise with sub-contractor to perform site survey for A&A work and to provide detailed information on equipment quantity and method for the installation to the relevant parties for preparation of quotation

8. Deliver good standard of workmanship and ensure accurate quantity and quality of the equipment to be installed at site

9. Conduct in-house training when is required

10. Perform standby duty and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 2 years’ experience in security systems
• Strong knowledge in network and security systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.

Job description

• Must have relevant experience in Building Management System (BMS).
• Have strong knowledge in designing a system for BMS system.
• Able to manage project cycle independently with minimum supervision.
• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with assigned projects.
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
• Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
• Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules.
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, design and plan out shop drawing and submission of documentation and supervision.
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
• Ensure project works compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices.
• Attending site meeting and coordination with stakeholders, external parties and customers to plan, organize and other related activities for the assigned projects.
• As and when to take on new assignments.

Key Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC/ACMV control like AHU, Chillers, RCU etc.
• Knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens PLC)
• Experience in SCADA software and strong knowledge of Industrial Control and Building Management System.
• Prefer relevant working experience; prefer with LTA ECS/LCS, TVS project experience.
• Prefer with IEC 61508 and LTA documentation submission.
