Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all AP & AR inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and mail
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments through effective communication and coordination
• Streamline invoice processing by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations through accurate and timely e-filing of GST and invoices
• Support the timely preparation for GST top-up by managing import permit filings and extractions
• Assist with the weekly payment process and prepare necessary documentation
• Prepare a working file for Singapore Customs & Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to key in purchase invoices
• Build strong customer relationships by proactively resolving payment issues and ensuring a smooth payment experience
• Accurately and timely disseminate statements/invoices to the correct Person-In-Charge (PIC), adhering to credit terms
• Collaborate with customer managers to address overdue payments and mitigate credit risks
• Provide weekly updates on AR to customer managers to support informed decision-making
• Efficiently manage daily cash and cheque collections, ensuring accurate recording and timely bank deposits
• Conduct thorough reviews of daily receipts to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Perform audit checks on signed invoices for easy retrieval upon customer requests
• Ensure all AR invoices are properly filed and stored for future reference

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with other educators to implement best practices and respectful nurturing and care to children aged 18 months to 6 years.

Role Overview

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve greater independence and quality of life. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver tailored therapy services, support caregivers, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client-Centered Therapy

• Provide assessments, therapy, and rehabilitation to address the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADL), cognition, and functional abilities.
• Guide clients in building skills for work, leisure, and social integration.
• Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver effective therapy sessions.

2. Collaborative Care

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including caregivers, ward staff, and external partners, to ensure holistic care.
• Conduct consultations with clients and their families to address concerns and goals.
• Participate in client admission, progress monitoring, and discharge planning.

3. Documentation and Standards

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records, including assessments, therapy plans, and progress notes.
• Ensure all therapy practices align with ethical, professional, and infection control standards.
• Contribute to audits and compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

4. Equipment and Resources

• Manage therapy equipment, ensuring functionality, safety, and timely replacements.
• Report and resolve any hazards or incidents to uphold a safe environment.

5. Professional Development and Training

• Participate in training programs to enhance skills, including certifications in CPR, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling.
• Contribute to in-service training sessions and mentor junior staff or interns where applicable.

6. Other Duties

• Support organizational initiatives and fundraising efforts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Occupational Therapist or Medical Care Manager.

Requirements

• Education:Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  Full or restricted registration with Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  
• Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.
  Background in geriatrics, long-term care, or community care is a plus.
