• Participate in the various boards of teachers, classes, cycles, educational teams, if necessary to facilitate the care of the students. Make observations in class; Carry out cognitive assessments at the request of the teams.
• Establishing links with health and paramedical professionals outside of the school.
• Training and contributing to the prevention of students' academic and personal difficulties: As a member of the Health and Citizenship Education Committee, conduct prevention sessions with students in connection with the health department and the teaching teams. Conduct conferences or debates; Teacher training sessions, School aids, nurses on the care of children or adolescents, behaviors, etc.
• Participating in the GAIN structure (Accompaniment and Integration Group) to contribute its expertise.
• Participating in meetings for students with Special Educational Requirements outside Personalized Schooling Projects (PPS) and Personalized Assistance Projects (PAS).
• Supervising the Student Assistants : assessing needs, participating in recruitment, coaching and animating of trainings

SKILLS, ABILITY AND REQUIRED FORMATION

• Master in Psychology and/or in Educational Psychology required
• Fluent in French
• Good level of English desired
• Desired school experience
• Knowledge in psychopedagogy
• Ability to listen, observe and empathize
• Management skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full time position (42 hours/week)
• Remuneration will be based on company salary scale
• Starting date: End of August 2025
