The Sales cum Admin plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of sales and admin of the temple. This position assists in maintaining accurate transaction records, processing transactions, building and maintaining good relationships with clients, and providing administrative support to the temple.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and customer service as well as administrative support to the daily operation of Temple/Columbarium.
• Collect payments and issue invoices.
• Data entry and update system record.
• Assist in festival/celebration of Temple-related matters.
• Perform simple settlement of daily transactions.
• Perform general daily clerical duties.
• Ad-hoc duties are assigned as and when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level/ N-level/ SPM/ UEC or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Job Description:

• Handle fullsets of accounts, including monthly bank reconciliation & journal entries.
• Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or in a related role
• Professional work ethic, leadership qualities and strong personal integrity.
• Knowledgeable in accounting software is advantageous
• Knowledgeable in Autocount system would be a distinct advantage
• Prior experience in the E-Commerce industry is advantageous
• Meticulous attention to detail and a cautious to financial management
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
