The Welfare Homes are for destitute persons. Location of work would either be at Bukit Batok, Admiralty Street or Buangkok Green.

Responsibilities:

• Able to meet and exceed sales revenue targets
• Able to create sales strategy and plan
• To Identify target customers and develop customer channels and networks
• Able to design and propose sales pricing model
• Able to have a good grasp of sales in different market and country of business, and their respective needs and constraints, necessary for global sales operations.
• To maintain current accounts, create new business opportunities and work closely with global customer networks
• To establish good rapport, and work with relevant stakeholders to meet their business objectives
• To have the ability to establish and build a good network of relevant business associates for potential collaboration and clients
• To prepare sales presentations, proposals and quotations
• To conduct presentations and business discussions for a conclusive result
• To be able to interpret and understand project documentations
• To support Supervisor/Manager for tasks assigned to ensure timely and proper completion
• To proactively monitor sales status business condition and provide customer support on Support Desks where required and necessary
• Handle customer feedbacks/enquiries to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution has been made
• Provide technical support to users over phone on technical issue or via remote assistance tool and emails
• Proactively monitor and report on the competitive market landscape, including noteworthy activities such as new product/solution offerings, industry and technology trends, pricing, services etc. to the sales and management team.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering background, IT or cloud services preferred
• You have a minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in a connected mobility domain
• You have the experience in cloud services industry
• You understand the concept of Agile Software Development
• You have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify effective and efficient solutions for complex problems and look beyond the obvious
• You have the ability to Identify problems analytically, develop solutions and implement an effective course of action
• You are assertive and a hands-on professional, who thrives in a fast-paced, change-rich environment
• You have the ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders including customers, product management, and system development team.
• Your experience to work closely with system development team is desired.
• You are independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• You are result-oriented, with a strong customer-focused attitude
• You are able to deliver professional sales pitch, proposals and reports
• You have experience to provide customer support from 1st level support/helpdesk context
• You have a high proficiency in Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
