▪ Previous experience supervising a team to manage daily HR operational matters

▪ Good knowledge and skills in HR management and development functions

▪ Good analytical, facilitation, interpersonal and organization skills

▪ Good working knowledge of MS office

▪ Able to multi-task and have sense of urgency to deliver results timely

▪ Proactive, self-starter, hands-on and able to work independently while be a good team player with good service orientation

▪ Able to communite with staff in Chinese and English
