Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for multitasking? Join our team as an Arts Administrator and play a key role in supporting our operations!

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage scheduling, data entry, and customer inquiries.
• Assist with class coordination, event preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks.
• Support front desk operations and be the first point of contact for visitors.
• Assist in Social Media marketing contents when needed.
• Other duties at front counter.
• Other operations and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday): 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (1-hour dinner break).
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) *ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE*.
• Off day: Thursday (fixed).

Remuneration and benefits:

• $2,500 to $3,500 before weekend allowance.
• CPF.
