Your job scope is to coordinate and manage the volunteer programmes and activities in the organisation; working closely with centre site supervisors/programme in-charge to plan and develop volunteer centric programmes.
You are also expected to forge volunteer relations with various stakeholders and organise volunteer appreciation activities, and maintain a volunteer database, process and work systems and preparation of reports/documentation
Main areas of responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment and selection of volunteers
2. Conduct training and deployment of volunteers
3. Handle volunteer enquiries and perform volunteer engagement and maintain good relationship with various stakeholders
4. Organise volunteer appreciation and recognition events
5. Maintain volunteer database
6. Prepare volunteer reports for submission
7. Attend meetings with various stakeholders
