Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and documentation for pharmaceutical drugs.
• Support investigation of regulatory compliance gaps with gap remediation plan development and implementation thereafter.
• Determine regulatory relevance and perform variation assessments.
• Maintain and update regulatory files and records as required.
• Ensures compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional overseas teams including R&D, clinical affairs, and marketing to support regulatory and QA objectives.
• Ensure that all sales and supply of medicinal products comply with legal requirements:Records pertaining to all phases of drug receipt, supply, storage and distribution are maintained as required by the company and/or legal authorities.
  Performs inspections of drug storage area.

Qualifications & requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties.

- Assist in accounting tasks (no need experience for full-set accounting).

- Proficient in Excel and willing to learn other accounting software.

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in admin and accounting roles.

- Strong communication skills in English

Description:

• Design and develop software applications for embedded devices.
• Implement and optimize communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP, MQTT-S) to establish secure and reliable connections between embedded devices and on-premises/cloud platforms.
• Requirements gathering.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging and troubleshooting of embedded devices to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, connectivity, performance and reliability.
• Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual and others documents as required in the SDLC processes.
• Assist day-to-day application support issues.
• Liaise with users on the requirement testing and production issues.

Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Developed software in at least one full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object-oriented software design and UML modelling.
• Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).
• Experience in multi-threading, socket programming and serial/USB communication.
• At least 5 years’ experience in object-oriented software development.
• Prior experience in following areas Scrum AGILE methodology process is a plus Scrum AGILE methodology process.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering with PEB Singapore
• Candidate must have min 6 years of relevant working experience in design engineering of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing services with Engineering Consultancies in Singapore
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be added advantage
