3. Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of the Kitchen and connected areas or pantries.

5. Handing of technical and engineering problems

6. Supervise ongoing site activities closely

7. Ensuring that the quality control of the project is met

8. Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed

9. Prepare necessary work and safety permits, submission documents and drawings once work are completed.

10. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
