Responsibilities:

• To receive all the reports from the ship and distribute to relevant persons in a timely manner.
• To arrange for the procurement function to prepare and distribute purchase orders for services and surveys, where appropriate.

3. Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives

o Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive positioning and innovation in talent acquisition efforts.
