• The Operational, Technology and Cyber Risk (OTCR) organisation is instrumental in protecting and ensuring the resilience of Standard Chartered Bank’s operations, data, and IT systems by managing operational, technology and cyber risk across the enterprise. RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
