• Handle claims registration for Life Insurance and General Insurance Personal Lines within the required turnaround time and ensure that claims are registered accurately in the system.

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is driving the growth and optimisation of supply chains within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors through a deep understanding of supply chain management, business development strategies.

Role Location: Singapore, with regular travel to Australia

The role will also assist in developing key relationships with and securing work scopes and contracts in line with the Qube Business Masterplan as in the following areas:

• Offshore oil and gas marine facilities.
• Offshore oil and gas supply base and logistics services.
• Offshore renewables industry port and logistics services.
• Mining industries port and logistics services.
• Shipping, transport and related services for the above.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy and business plans each financial year in conjunction with Qube operational teams to achieve the Qube Group targets and goals.
• To secure key target clients and contracts.
• Development of Qube International / Qube Energy O&G and BOMC services throughout SE Asia and Australia.
• Promote the Qube and BOMC brands to clients and potential clients SE Asia and Australia wide for the above industries.
• Develop new opportunities in the supply chain sectors of Oil and Gas, Mining and Renewable Energy Industry sectors in SE Asia and Australia.
• To target acquisition prospects that fit Qube growth strategies.
• Sales and business reports in line management requirements.
• Participate in the negotiation of contracts with customers.
• Management and coordinating with customers on all issues regarding their contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years supply chain management or business development experience, with a focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business or related discipline highly regarded.
• Sound knowledge of supply chain management in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy industry practices.
• Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement. concepts.
• Experience in the implementation and on-going management of quality systems and procedures.
• Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.
• Ability to work well within a small team environment.

Job duties / responsibilities

• Assist in finance function which include:

-Compliance with relevant MAS and SGX regulatory requirements from finance perspective

-Timely submission of MAS and SGX regulatory returns as CMSL holder and SGX member financial closing

-Tax matters such as corporate tax, GST and WHT

-External and internal auditors

• Management information, budgeting and financial statements production
• Strengthen the internal control processes and automation of various work flows
• Participate in change agenda and new business initiatives as directed by local and Group management
• Assist in business partnering to provide advice from accounting, tax and regulatory capital perspective
• Assist in tax planning activities such as cross border transactions and transfer pricing
• Assist in treasury and corporate secretarial matters
• Assist in any ad hoc assignment as directed by management

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with professional accreditation such as CPA
• At least 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in Securities and / or Financial Institutions with understanding of MAS and SGX regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial products
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Team player with initiative who can work with various stakeholders on ad hoc assignments

Roles & Responsibilities

· Preparation and drafting of M&E / Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions etc

· Produce detail drawings and specification independently

· Ensure drawings adhere to code and compliance requirements

· Any other ad-hoc duties

· Responsible for production of detailed drawings of a design project to show craftsmen exactly what they have to do

· Draft outline and detailed drawings to appropriate scale for planning submission and construction purposes and draft plan for addition and alteration of building

· May also assist design engineer in presentation of drawings and model

Scope of Work

· Works with a team of engineer and manager to develop conceptual, preliminary and work details design and most critical part

· Prepare technical drawings and plan under direction of engineer

· Responsible for performance of forecasting of costs and values of project, operations of measurement and pricing of tender

· Prepare maintenance manual of project

· Attending to adhoc matters that relieve to project department

Requirements

· Minimum ITE certificate in Engineering field or equivalent

· Preferably some experience in M&E or ACMV drafting

· Willingness to learn is very important

· Able to work under tight deadlines

· Able to work independently without much supervision
