• Responsible for and liaison with outsourced IT vendor for Technology system access/ revoke requests, which includes the setting up and deployment of new PC/laptops/tablets.
• Understand concepts pertaining to the MS 365 cybersecurity product suites including Entra ID, SSO, Intune, Defender and security policies related to Teams/Sharepoint and Email. Conduct discussions with IT vendor on on-going cybersecurity risks and actions required.

• Author and maintain IT operations schedules and procedure guides, user manuals and systems documentation to support ongoing operations.

MS Power Platform Development Tasks/ Skills

The successful incumbent will Assistant Director, Operations / Lead Reintegration Mentor in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at Selarang Halfway House (SHWH) or future new site at Cosford and is responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents and the overall security of the Halfway House premises. They will work closely with the SHWH Case Managers to aid residents with their reintegration back to society.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.

2. Facilitate the daily operational routine of SHWH or future new site:

a) Ensure the day-to-day needs of the residents and operational requirements of the halfway house are being met.

b) Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to the relevant parties.

1. Responsible for the content ecosystem of international short video platforms. Develop a deep understanding of content, analyze business data and user needs to identify key issues in content production, distribution, and consumption. Set quantifiable goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
2. Conduct quantitative data analysis and qualitative observations to address critical issues in platform ecosystem evolution. Provide effective insights and leverage product mechanisms, content/recommendation strategies, and AI technologies such as machine learning to create a positive content consumption and creation environment.
