• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as cyber security, Active Directory (AD), AWS etc. to address any roadblocks and ensure smooth project execution
• Train and mentor business users on RPA capabilities
• Manage client relationships and demonstrate the value of automation through workshops and demos
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process design documentations (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), and technical design documents (TDDs)
• Continuously improve RPA processes for increased efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 5 consecutive years in roles of similar capacity
• Good technical writing skills
• Familiar with incident, problem and change management processes
• An eye for automation opportunities
• Passionate about mentoring team

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Following safety protocols, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential and commercial properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning

· Working hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 12pm)

Job Requirements:-

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in Facilities Maintenance

- Hands-on experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical, Building Services, ACMV or equivalent.

- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills

- Communication and reading literacy in the English language is required
