Responsibilities:

• Sound project and contract management skills capable of handling multiple results-oriented tasks. With good knowledge of M&E building services and sustainability
• Responsible for the maintenance and project management of facilities related services & operational readiness of SBST’s premises.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Manage and guide bus infrastructure executives & officers in providing efficient facilities and project management.
• Project manager for calling and updating of all project tender based on company/client requirements and maintain the approved vendor listing.
• Managing projects and maintenance works by having regular meetings to ensure that project and contract requirements are met and complied with.
• Manage and execute M&E projects within the organization i.e. Retrofitting of existing premises, fitting out of spaces, implementation of sustainability related initiatives
• Supervise and guide a team of term contractors on daily facilities management operations.
• Assess, plan and implement operational processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with government agencies and statutory boards on regular audits, project management & development and other facilities related issues.
• Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance team and ensure good maintenance standards rendered in accordance with KPIs set by relevant government agencies and statutory boards.
• Liaise with internal users on all facilities related issues.
• Manage and co-ordination of project works such as upgrading of critical systems & equipment, renovation & retrofitting works, replacement of system infrastructure and improvement initiatives to existing premises.
• Provide technical advisory and support in relation to bus infrastructure issues.
• Ensure prompt service recovery for any breakdown of critical equipment and systems to minimize disruption to primary bus operations.
• Assist in emergency preparedness of activities in support of bus operation requirements.
• Management of technical & service contracts and tender documentations.
• Management of all lease & licence agreements with relevant parties.
• Plan, formulate and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Plan, formulate and execute ISO 55001 Asset Management plans for the organization.
• Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for regular operational meetings and updates.
• Put up recommendation and review of proposals for facilities related project works.
• Assist with any additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in building services and project management.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to conduct professional presentations.
• Good knowledge of government procurement procedures, building & statutory regulations and requirements.
• Sound knowledge of Building and M&E systems.
• SCEM, FSM & GMFM certification will be an added advantage.

Overview

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Community Outreach Services, you are required to support the frail and home-bound PNC (Person Needing Care) with home personal care services / HPC Plus services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and perform clients’ assessment within 14 working days upon receipt of referral by using various tools provided by AIC including but not limited to the following: Modified Barthel Index (“MBI”) for rehabilitation status and Resident Assessment Form (“RAF”) to determine the patient’s current level of clinical care requirements.
• Review clients’ assessment on functionality and clients and/or caregivers’ satisfaction survey every 6-month period using various tools provided by AIC.
• Ensure cash collected from clients / receipts and account tallies.
• Ensure proper documentation processes are in place for audit purposes and good governance; Timely submission of reports to the governing authorities.
• Report and review feedback provided by care staff on clients’ progress especially Incident Report.
• Provide orientation, coaching and training to reporting staff on periodic basis.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, Certified by Singapore Nursing Board
• Degree / Diploma in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Geriatric Care/Hospital setting
• Passionate in working with elderly, willingness to learn
• Open attitude to work in eldercare
• Good understanding of working with older persons
• Passion and willingness to led a team
• Ability to speak one other local language is preferred (To communicate with non-English speaking seniors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and train junior consultants and team members.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory; additional modules preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll or SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.
3. Experience:
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience working with global clients and managing diverse teams.
4. Certifications:
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and at least one other module) are required.
• SAP Activate Project Manager certification is a plus.
