Responsibilities:

• Arrange export shipment to distributors/customer from YASC (Drop shipment and Export shipment)
• Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices/ delivery orders/shipping documents, etc using in-house systems RPMS
• Coordinate shipments / cargo collection with warehouse department
• Prepare certificates required for shipments (SMF/COO/COQ etc)
• Prepare Letter of Credit submission to bank
• Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, clearing houses, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc.
• Process manual purchase orders and shipping instructions to other vendors in Japan/America/Europe/China/Indonesia/Thailand/India
• Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize delivery load and cost
• Plan and monitor inbound shipment/freights from overseas and local suppliers
• Track and monitor cost of unloading and loading
• Investigate claims made by distributors for any shortages, mis-supply, defective parts, etc with warehouse person in charge
• Prepare orders and monthly reports when necessary

Requirements:

• Nitec & above
• Min 3 years of relevant experience

Role Responsibilities

• Review of EPC engineering submissions for compliance with specifications, standards and contractual requirements.
• Participate in workshops, engineering reviews, other safety and quality activities including and not limited to HAZOP, DfS, 3D reviews and other meetings.
• As part of the site team representing the Owner, to inspect and witness the quality of installation and testing of the equipment per the contract.
• Attend local or overseas Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) as witness either on behalf of Owner or in concurrence with Owner per contract requirement.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to assure the quality of the Electrical deliverables in conjunction with other works such as the civil structure requirements, mechanical systems and overall project deliverables.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the timely delivery of the project where the electrical works may affect the schedule.
• Work as part of the site team to ensure the seamless coordination with Owner (including existing operations team) to deliver works requiring permits and access to existing sites.
• Conduct Electrical services site survey
• Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
• Senior engineers must be able to lead projects and supervise a team of engineers / technicians.

Experience / Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of hands-on design and commissioning experience in Energy/Infrastructure/Building projects
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedure.
• Preferably with experience in tender document preparation, bids evaluation and due diligence studies
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision

• To supervise and coordinate the activities and work of the Junior Captains and Captains
• To supervise a station and ensure that standards are maintained at all times
• To personally coach, train and develop the F&B service team members to ensure good food and beverage knowledge, sequence of service delivery
• To ensure the smooth preparation of the restaurant side-stations, mise-en-place and table set-ups as per outlets
• To continuously collect feedback from guests and report it back to the Management
• Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding as well as the Outlet Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation
• Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet
• Execute outlet operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and inventories
• Lead the Front of the House staff in training the following: restaurant standards, wine service and customer service
• Assist F&B Management in monitoring labor, inventory
• Monitor the performance of outlet service staff. Supervision duties include; delegating responsibilities, scheduling, coaching and correcting, evaluating, interviewing, training and mentoring of staff
• Maintain Restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu consistency
• Responsible for training team members for their responsibilities during all meal periods and events
• Assist the F&B Management in all kitchen efforts, staffing and inventory controls as assigned
• Assist in the execution of the strategic plan including forecasting, budget management, profit and loss accountability, cost control and inventories
• Conduct inventory for par levels of food, beverage and paper supplies. Assist in establishing methods for inventory control and adhere to purchasing procedures
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

• 2 years of experience in banquet servicing is preferred
