Senior Software Engineer

• Work Location: Canberra MRT / Have company transport
• S$ 6,000 to S$ 8,000 depends on experience
• Working Days: 5 Days // 8am/8.30am - 5.30pm/6pm

Role:
As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you will be required to develop solutions for SPI, factory line and their associated modules and configurable options. You will also be responsible for solving complex engineering problems using new or existing technologies, and through innovation, creativity, and technical analysis with a strong focus on quality.

Requirements:

• Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in analysis of software design and implementation for hardware systems
• Experience in the design and validation of engineering requirements
• Experience in Source Control Systems, Visual Studio and Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficient in C++ programming language, UML and appropriate usage of design patterns
• Proficient knowledge of appropriate equipment software and
• Experience in Unit Testing and Dependency Injection
• Experience in WPF, GIT, hardware and real time control systems will be advantageous

Fire Protection Engineer

• 5.5 Work Days
• 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
• Working location: Labrador, Singapore
• Basic Salary S$ 3,500 to 5,500 + Bonus

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Water Mist system and/or foam system is added advantage

Job scope

• To monitor and supervise sub contractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hose reel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system)
• Knowledge in M&E and able to Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
• Manage and execute project as per the schedule
• To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress
• Study and reviewing of drawings, specifications for compliance
• Allocate work to supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.
• Plan and lead testing and commissioning of the fire protection systems.
• Follow up with site / authority inspections, defects rectifications of the fire protection work.
• Plan and prepare OMM, training, As-Builts drawings for handing over of completed fire protection systems to client.
• Follow up with maintenance of fire protection systems during DLP

• Familiarity with MYOB software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial management tools.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations in Singapore (exposure to China, Vietnam, or Thailand regulations is a bonus).
