Reconciliation of AP-clearing account: including, but not restricted to

• Roll up quarterly True-up adjustments assessed and invoiced to release existing accruals.

• Annual MSA - MUV settlement to adjust out from Spending to utilise existing accruals

Liaison with GBS - AR team on processing of:

• Draft non-product invoicing including KSM incremental recharges (storage & insurance); and SOW billings (negotiated by PC1 and agreed)

• Draft GIS requests for intercompany non-product billing, where applicable.

Serve as alternate main point of contact for financial audits. Support:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• More than 10 years of proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) related software development, or related fields.
• Extensive expertise in front-end and back-end development, advanced computer networking, robust cybersecurity practices, and operational networks encompassing firewalls, switches, routers, PLCs, and DDCs.
• Strong experience in client engagement, attending meetings, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, manpower allocation, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

• To assist in menu development from sourcing of ingredients to the final plating. Innovation, uniqueness and current trends should be take into consideration so as to meet current market demands.
• To source for high quality and fresh ingredients as well as cooking instruments required.
• Ensure that usage of ingredients are optimised, and that food wastage in the restaurant is kept at a minimal.
• Cost management and budgeting
• Tasting of final dishes to provide constructive comments to elevate quality.
• To educate fellow kitchen staff on best practices, culinary knowledge as well as techniques. Hygiene and food safety practices are also required.
