26. To ensure store is preparing the in & out materials form and update accordingly when needed

· Ensure all rooms are clean in accordance to the standard of the Hotel

· Replenishment of guest supplies

· Ensure that Floor pantry area is clean and neat at all times

· Report of any defects found in the guest rooms or around the Hotel premises

· Work honestly, ethically and with respect to team members’ diverse backgrounds.

· Carry out tasks as instructed by of the management team.

Guest Services

· Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

· Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

· Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Administrative Support and Front Desk Operations

· Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and files.

· Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.

· Assist in managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Communicate reservation details to other departments as necessary.

· Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

· Maintain a working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
