Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products or services, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Explain the features and benefits of the products or services offered.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimally an A'Level Cert or Diploma, Business, or a related field is a PLUS.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar customer service role is a PLUS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional under pressure.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets and goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is an advantage.
