JOB SUMMARY

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to Management team member of WRB Technology. This role will coordinate and manage business support, scheduling and preparation of materials. RESPONSIBILITIES
Core activities:

• Effective and timely diary management.
• Manage agendas and prepare materials for various meetings and committees.
• Support on any meetings, events and initiatives as directed and required.
• Raise appropriate service requests for technology-related services.
• Facilitate any onboarding/exit arrangements as needed including, but not limited to building access, hardware/laptop needs, mobile phone set up.

Travel & Expense Management:

• Plan travel itineraries appropriately and within the Travel Policy

• Review T&E submissions on behalf of MT. To ensure that expenses are in line with the T&E guidelines
• Review monthly cost report and ensure consistency of travel and expenses bookings.

Group Management Reporting

• Owner of Group Management reporting system, policy and process to ensure business performance reporting package are presented timely and perform relevant analysis to facilitate the business decision making process.
• To set up a sustainable new Group Reporting Template and data base to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Group analysis in future.

Job Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification including ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW and/or CPA will be highly preferred
