Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer to contribute to the financial strategy of the business and decision-making process at Group level.

· Responsible for managing the day-to-day function of the Finance Department.

· Ensure timely delivery of financial and management reporting of group consolidation, cash flow, budget and forecast.

· Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants when required.

· Streamline accounting functions and operations.

· Prepare and present financial reports to the Group’s stakeholders and board members.

· Submission of the Group's results in accordance with SGX Mainboard Listing Rules and Hong Kong Mainboard Listing Rules requirements

· Ability to lead and manage a team of Finance staff

· Oversee the training and development of the Finance team to ensure each level of staff is able to perform their tasks at an optimal level.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, candidates with CPA / CA is an advantage

· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the role of a Financial Controller with a Mainboard Listed Company

· Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.

· Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.

· Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects

· Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred
