Position: Recruiter (12 months contract)
Venue: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements.
• Act as a talent advisor to provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
• Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details.
• Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience.
• Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent.
• Monitor onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system.
• Prepare recruiting metrics and use them to drive discussion and hiring strategy with the hiring department.
• Plan and attend talent engagement and recruiting events to network and meet candidates.
• Advocate diversity hiring and guarantee adherence to inclusive hiring practices.
• Align with processes to ensure adherence to recruitment regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, science, or a related field of studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR or recruiting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
