Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with processing sales orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating logistics with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
