To support in programme development and evidence-informed group work/workshops for identified beneficiaries (e.g children, parents, educators) and work systemically with the child’s ecosystem, so as to support the holistic development of the child. Conduct rigorous assessment and provide basic psychosocial, behavioural interventions to children in need. To support and promote children’s wellbeing through supporting our Tinkle Friend Services, which includes the helpline and chatline, developing resources to support children’s mental well-being through various channels. The purpose is to ensure that child’s mental well-being is supported so that they can be resilient and grow up strong and healthy.

• To co-develop, design, plan, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and review services to addres children’s related concerns (i.e bullying, protective behaviours, resilience, anger management etc)
• To support in building children’s mental wellness (e.g building resilience, supporting them toregulate their emotions, equipping them with protective behaviours, building their pro-social skills) and other emerging needs (e.g bullying) through programme development and facilitating groupwork and workshops for children.
• Implement individual and group intervention plans and monitor progress
• Review effectiveness of intervention for children, caregiver and/or parents
• Maintain up to date case documentation
• To work collaboratively with child’s support networks-parents, educators and community partners to address the needs

Key Requirements:

• Degree in social work or in related discipline or Post graduate diploma in social work
