• Process refunds and resolve disputes arising from merchants promptly and effectively.

2. Billing and Account Receivables:

• Supervise the preparation of invoices and billing information for accounts receivable.
  Manage auto-billing processes, including GIRO, standing instructions, outgoing messages, confirmations, and payments.

3. Transaction Reporting:

• Update and maintain daily transactions in the control cash projection report.
• Ensure outstanding (live) and matured deals are filed and reported in their respective designated records.
