The Team will drive systematic and pro-active talent development programs and embed a Learner-environment in GCIB APAC; promote a coaching and mentoring approach to performance management; emphasise engagement and drive inclusion and diversity. The Team will also oversee the internship and trainee programs in GCIB APAC, which represent our strategic foundational talent initiatives.

As part of the member in GCBDA - TT, you will be exposed in identifying, planning, coordinating and training and development programs for GCIB APAC staff.

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support Head of Talent Team in planning and executing any training programs and maintain training schedules.
• Assist to identify training interventions for GCIB APAC staff/leaders.
• Closely track the effectiveness of the training programs and conduct surveys with participants and managers to assess and evaluate the outcome of programs.
• Work with Head of Talent Team to establish a series of knowledge nuggets on learning, coaching, leadership and DEI.
• Support in managing the Graduate Trainee Program by coordinating the rotation schedules and any regional assignment(s)
• Plan and execute internship activities for GCIB SG interns.
• Assist in data analytics by preparing, analyzing and evaluating reports when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any of the following areas: Human Resources, Training and development, Organization Development, Sociology or Psychology
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Training and Development
• With strong interest and passion in talent management and development; staff engagement and DEI
• Work experience in MS Office applications such as Words, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge in Pivot table and V-lookup is a plus
• Proactive team player with good interpersonal communication skills and writing skills.

Job Scope:

• Regulatory Advisory & Analysis:Provide guidance on Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements and perform gap analyses for new or revised regulations.
  
• Policy & Procedure Management:Maintain and review compliance-related policies and procedures, including those submitted by other teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

Requirements

The Job
The Technician will learn how to operate the terminal system by executing and maintaining the day-to-day operation in accordance with company’s work procedure under the supervision and direction set by operations and company management team.

As an Early intervention teacher, you will work with children with disabilities and/or developmental delays. The position reports to the Senior Early Intervention Teacher.

Role & Responsibilities

· Develop and put in place education plans based on individual child's needs

· Prepare teaching materials and resources according to the child's developmental level

· Monitor progress and discuss child's learning progress and evaluate goals for individual child
