Overview

Reporting to the Director, Development, Training & Volunteer Management (TVM), you will oversee Volunteer Management Functions in Lions Befrienders.

You will play a role in growing, developing and managing a volunteer pool which would include senior volunteers, to support the organisation’s strategic and programmatic goals.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment: Develop recruitment strategies for volunteers, including social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and government agencies to support the organisation goals, including reactivation strategies for passive volunteers.

2. VM Policies & Processes & Projects: Evaluate and implement volunteer management practices, policies and processes. Review existing and/or develop new VM projects/events.

3. Training & Development: Develop developmental roadmap and conduct volunteer training to increase volunteers capability, recognition and engagement programmes for sponsors and volunteers.

4. Networking & Stakeholder Management: Identify opportunities for partnerships with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies, drive engagement with key stakeholders through various platforms.

5. Budgeting & Reporting: Monitor and provide Management reports, Source, prepare and coordinate projects budget and expenses and submit project reports.

6. Staff Management: Provide guidance and coaching to VM staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work/Gerontology/Training or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in volunteer management and working with wide range of stakeholders from individuals to corporates.
• Possess ACLP or DDDLP (or the equivalent) would be advantageous.
• A passion to enhancing the educational experience for volunteers, and to meet the needs of the community.
• Good leadership and stakeholder management skills, and have worked with various voluntary welfare organisations, communities and institutional settings.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill, Strategic thinker with networking aptitude.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to converse with non-English speaking stakeholders.

The Marcom Executive supports the Marcom Head of Department in the mall’s advertising, promotion and marketing with a focus in casual leasing licensing. Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computing Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with exposure at management level, and at least 4 years in software programming, systems engineering, or technology integration
• A team player with excellent planning, analytical and communication skills
• Possess critical thinking skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Strong ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders effectively in a fluid environment and a growing organisation

Job Description & Requirements

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.

- To perform rotating shift (12 hours),

- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support to ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised.

- To monitor and report all the faults, alarms and alerts of the electronics equipment & related systems to client appointed maintenance contractor.

- To support client in managing maintenance-related information.
