THE ROLE

Responsible for preparing all cost estimates, quantities, and project timelines, analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the projects

· Estimate quantities and time lines for material and manpower

· Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations

• 10+ Years Experience in Software Development & Product/Application management as a Project Manager/Business Analyst with domain knowledge on Education, Facility management, Govt Sector, Ecommerce, Manufacture sector and Print Media & Publications services.

• Experience in Software Development in .NET Technologies, analysis, design and development of client/server, web-based and n-tire applications. Expert in developing web based, windows-based applications in Microsoft Visual studio using ASP.net and C #.

• Need good knowledge of writing Database queries and handling basic function in DBA.
