Job Description:

- Greeting and managing entry access of members, visitors & guests, including conducting tours of premises.

- Responding to product & offering, service-related queries or requests from members, visitors/guests from various channels (online or onsite inquiries)

- Assisting members with the ‘move-in, move-out’ experience.

Requirements:

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Equivalent experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously will be prioritized.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design work across web and mobile applications, preferably for diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and experience with prototyping tools like InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, layout, typography, and interaction design.
• Proven ability to manage design workflows across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers (coding skills not required).
