• You will be part of full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional specs, configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience
• Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Configuration of both SAP MM and SD to support scope; document configurationRationale
• You are to have a hands-on and in-depth SD-MM technical knowledge of all aspects of SAP workflows – administration, configuration, design, development and customization
• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support in both SAP MM and SD processes
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support both SAP MM and SD processes
• Update existing Business Process Flows (Solman) and Business Process Design
• Documents for their process areas as required
• Design metrics and reports to support operational and management reporting for SAP MM and SD; write reporting functional specs
• Prepare integration test scripts
• Complete unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Must have at least 8 to 10 years of strong working experience in BOTH SAP Material Management and Sales & Distribution.
• A must to have at least 3-4 full life-cycles SAP MM and SD module project
• implementation hands-on experience in business process redesign
• Must have SAP logistics experience with very strong technical and functional skill
• Prefer to have S4 HANA experience
• Experienced in supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of
• functional specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms
• Able to start in a short notice period

About the job
Your role involves:

• Managing a lean Oracle HR team, this includes hiring, conducting performance appraisal and handling escalation
• Oversee the maintenance and higher adoption rate of the recently upgraded Oracle Fusion HR system.
• Implementing system enhancements and upgrades.Ensuring projects is implemented according to timeline, budget and scope.
• Handling configuration and integration of the system to meeting user requirements
• Managing external vendors, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least at least 7 years of experience in Oracle HR. At least 2 years of experience of direct team management. Proven track record in engaging with business stakeholders will be required for this role.

Candidates with regional / global exposure will be of added advantage.
