Produce concepts and perform design, analysis, modelling, and testing of various types of antenna.
Take designs from the conceptual drawing board into the implementation of building and testing the finished product.
Work with RF engineering to understand basic microwave component theory and practical realization
Design, and evaluate test antennas correlating expected performance with test results, presenting results.
Ability to design experiments, analyze the data and conduct structured problem solving.
Prepare and present presentation for preliminary design review, performance of simulated model and tolerances
Evaluate data related to test results and work with the team to implement changes to meet requirements
Provide support once design is in production
Create and provide reports to engineering on the evaluations
Actively pursues opportunities to expand job-related knowledge
Able to juggle multiple tasks and make quality decisions without negative impact on others
Executes on program plans and priorities, identifies obstacles and issues and communicates to achieve resolution for
assigned tasks

Manage individual projects (both R&D and customer projects) from pre-sales activities
through design, production, testing and delivery/acceptance.
Performs any related duties as required or assigned to ensure efficiency of the Company.
