Job Description:

• Provides coordinated care to Patients and Clinic Assistants / Managers by developing, monitoring and evaluating interdisciplinary care
• Schedule appointments and maintain a patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available; verifying findings and reports and backing up data
• To handle day to day operational issues and to ensure that they are resolved in a proper and timely manner
• To provide effective and efficient full admin support to the team
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards, including but not limited to managing and resolving patient feedback from various platforms
• Maintains clear channel of communication with CA/CMs across all clinics via GChat/clinic chats
• Handles appointment bookings and answers queries
• Arranges appointments and addresses queries relating to various national health initiatives
• Coordinates and follows up with corporate medical services requests
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Job requirements:

• Able to commit in working on weekends and/or Public Holidays
• Bilingual
• Computer-Literate
• Diploma / Degree Preferred, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Relevant healthcare-related qualifications and/or customer service experiences will be an advantage
