Job Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying.
• Min 5 years’ experience, preferably from Main Contractor
• Experience in M&E will be considered more
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Candidate with good experience in contractual administration will be considered for Senior role
