Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing
• At least 5 years sales experience in FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP or equivalent

• Strong analytical thinking and management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Lead and guide technical officers and technicians in performing M&E maintenance tasks.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for systems such as lifts and escalators, fire protection and alarm systems, auto-doors, anti-terrorist vehicle barriers (ATVB), pumps, and mechanical piping, plumbing, and drainage systems.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve faults to minimize operational disruptions.
• Investigate breakdowns, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
