• Perform Quantity Take-off and understanding of requirements in each tender that meet client’s expectation.
• Evaluate and recommend the award of construction contracts.
• Participate in on-site and consultant meetings, collaborating with clients, architects, and associate consultants for effective project administration.
• Assist the Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.
• Prepare valuations, pricing, and agreements of contract variations, process claims, and monitor project cash flows.
• Verify subcontractors’/suppliers’ monthly progressive claims, obtain approval, and prepare payment certificates.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment claims to project owner.
• Review and revise contract terms and conditions as necessary.
• Call for quotations, prepare, and compile tender documents.
• Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender clarification questions.
• Attend tender interviews as required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or built environment industry.
• Previous experience in pre- and post-contract work for HDB BTO projects are preferred.
• Highly motivated individual with strong confidence, drive, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and able to perform under pressure.

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years related experience
• Should have excellent experience in excel.
• Experience and deep knowledge within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations, and/or Finance
• Executive exposure and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome
• Deliver end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
• History of driving rigor and sales discipline
• Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business
• Proven communication and collaboration skills

Experience Preferred:

• Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecarding, and other internal measurement tools
• Functional (Partner, Services, Sales, Marketing) knowledge
• Experience in Power Apps and Power BI

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
