Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning and Execution
• Plan, prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that strictly follow the Early Childhood Syllabus and Early Years Education principles.
• Develop rich and creative activities that promote children's speech, textbook, planning, social and emotional development.
• Adapts teaching strategies to children's different needs and learning styles.
2. Classroom Management and Environment
• Establish and maintain a safe, organized and inclusive learning environment.
• Organize and arrange teaching resources to promote exploration and independent learning.
• Apply effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behaviour and interaction.
3. Child Development and Evaluation
• Monitor and document each child's progress through observation and evaluation.
• Identify important milestones in development and areas for improvement and provide targeted support for implementation.
• Regularly update child progress reports and verified as substantiated and streamlined.
4. Textbook and Speech Development
• Enhance children's Chinese language vitality and strength through effective teaching activities.
• Promote children's self-confidence in class and in front of others.
• Promote a love of reading and the materials development through a series of awareness raising activities.
5. Parents and Community Communication
• Establish and implement a rational system and work actively through daily information/resources.
• Engage with various members of the community to bring cultural information and enriching choices/options.
6. Colleague Collaboration and Professional Development
• Coordinate and work with colleagues on course progress and material resolution.
• Optimize the emotional spirit and school culture as well as strengthen the force of teamwork.

5. 父母和社区交流
· 通过日常资料,建立实施合理系统和积极工作。
· 与社区各方发生交流,添带文化信息和充实的选择。
6. 同事协作和专业发展
· 与同事协调和进行课程进展和资料解决。
· 优化情感精神和学校文化,增强团队工作力量。
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent).
· Proficiency in the Chinese language with excellent communication skills.
· Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
