*Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project logs.

*Prepare reports on project status, highlighting risks, issues, and solutions.

Quality Assurance:

*Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved plans and standards.

*Assist in inspections and testing to confirm compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Procurement and Logistics:

*Coordinate with procurement teams for materials, tools, and equipment required for the project.

*Track deliveries to ensure they align with project timelines.

Cost and Budget Monitoring:

*Support the monitoring of project budgets and expenses.

*Prepare cost estimates and assist in managing financial resources efficiently.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

*Assist in implementing safety protocols and procedures on-site.

*Monitor compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Problem Solving:

*Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

*Escalate significant concerns to the Project Engineer or Manager.

Skills Required:

*Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
