Job Description
Accounts Receivable
• Check and process ambulance service and training centre billing
• Update receipts
• Send monthly SOA
• Follow up on all outstanding debts closely
Accounts Payable
• Check and process suppliers invoices
• Reconciliation of suppliers’ SOA
• Update ad-hoc payments
• Assist in preparing audit schedules
Others
• Assist in answering phone call
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI or above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Able to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detailed-oriented and meticulous
• Singaporean only
Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
