Job Summary:

The Site Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the use of resources, space, and manpower to ensure efficient and safe execution of shipbuilding and repair projects. You will work to monitor and mitigate capacity constraint and ensure commitment are delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain site plans, layouts, and schedules for shipbuilding and repair projects.

2. Coordinate with various departments (production, engineering, procurement) to ensure alignment with project requirements.

3. Plan and optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials).

4. Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential constraints and risks.

5. Develop and implement traffic management plans to ensure safe movement of personnel, equipment, and materials.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

7. Monitor progress, identify delays, and develop recovery plans.

8. Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.

9. Maintain accurate records and reports on site activities.

10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in shipbuilding, construction, or related industry.

3. Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

4. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), MS Office, and project management tools.

5. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Familiarity with shipyard operations, safety regulations, and industry standards.

8. Experience with ERP systems.

9. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

10. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).

11. Familiarity with shipbuilding software (e.g., ShipConstructor).

Managing and monitoring creditors' accounts and attending to all creditors related queries

Handling full or half sets of accounts (eg; AP/AR)

Ensure timely recording of creditors invoices and payment transactions and chasing external tenants for billings and Cheque

Keying daily and monthly sales report

Maintain proper filing and documentation of records

Data entry

Retrieve and resend invoices, credit notes and statement of accounts

Issuance of cheque

Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required

Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations

Assisting with administrative support

APAC Technology Alliance Manager at NetApp is a critical role in crafting and executing programs and intiatives with our technology alliance partners that drive significant business outcomes. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a proven ability to build, manage, and grow high-impact partnerships. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of these partnerships, from initial engagement through to implementation and ongoing management.

Job Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship with the key alliance partners like Cisco, Broadcom, Nvidia, and back up vendors. Will act as the primary liaison between Netapp and these key partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders at our technology partners. Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs, ensuring both parties are aligned on objectives and timelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across APAC to ensure alignment on partnership objectives. This includes collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and other key functions.
• Responsible for executing joint events, programs and GTM plans
• Identify new alliance partners in line with NetApp strategies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the APAC Technology Alliance manager will have the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with a demonstrable ability in alliances management
• Broad experience in a matrixed environment
• Ability to think strategically while executing at a tactical level, ensuring both long-term success and immediate impact.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to build good working relationships across all functions
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as needed, up to 25-50%
