KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests at the main entrance with the greeting appropriate to the time of day

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering enhancements and continuous improvements to ERP and other backend systems
• Transpose user needs into technical programming
• Integrates Microsoft Dynamics-NAV/ Business Central with various platforms like e-Commerce, POS, etc
• Work with Application Manager and System Analysts to meet business requirements
• Source Code and version control
• Develop test plans and cases, as well as, the technical and functional documentations according to the adopted methodologies.
• Participate in Microsoft Dynamics-NAV upgrade programming, data migration and user testing
• Administrate Hyper-V servers and SQL Databases

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or other similar discipline
• Passionate in programming and detail-oriented
• Adaptable and flexible to work independently and in teams
• Minimally 2 years of programming experience in Navision C/SIDE, Transact-SQL is a must
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics-NAV/ Business Central
• Additional work experience in various program languages like Oracle PL/SQL, Java, C++ will be advantageous
• Team Player with great communication skills

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by accounts.

- Identifying and converting new potential accounts for the business.

- Identifying further opportunities for existing clients and proposing new menus working with in-house R&D team closely.

Responsible for driving the Business Development Strategy, planning and executing the strategy not only to enhance the organisation's current portfolio but also explores new business opportunities to meet the organisational growth plans.

Specifically, you will

• Lead new business ventures and strategize on business ventures approaches and market entries.
• Execute new channel development and business initiatives to improve revenue streams and meet market demands in the areas of, but not limited to, cardiovascular, intervention pulmonology and airway.
• Foster strategic business partner relationships to further the Group’s business objectives
• Drive product and/or product offerings research initiatives to understand and predict future impacts on product offerings, competition, and production
• Direct approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling of new business ventures
• Ensure accurate sales and business-related reports are submitted timely
• Track actual revenue and expenses against the budget, highlight deviations and direct follow up actions to ensure staying on course.
• Drive and oversee regulatory & corporate governance ensuring that control measures are effectively observed while pursuing business growth.

You should ideally possess

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Bio-medical Engineering, or Science in related fields
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Business Development and/or Sales & Marketing experience in the Medical Sales Pharmaceutical or Nutrition sales
• Network of Cardio and Respiratory and Anaesthetist
• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for senior position

1. Lead the kitchen team and oversee the daily kitchen operations.

2. Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including food preparation, cooking, and dish plating.

3. Responsible for maintaining quality of food product and ensuring consistency in delivery and standards.

4. Preparation, presentation, purchasing, training and supervision, including proper recordings of menu items, special costing and all other paperwork required.

5. To ensure the kitchen operates smoothly with sufficient staff on duty at all times and all kitchen equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness with regular service.

6. Ensures that the kitchen team consistently adheres to uniform, grooming and appearance standards.

7. Maintain effective working relationships with the front line as well as the management.

8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
